These numbers are based off of Glen Pendlays opinion. I have observed that there are very close to most lifters. The is going to vary however based on the athletes ability with the technical details of the lifts. This also assumes that the athlete is balanced and there are no areas where a functional movement is severly lacking. (Coaches Note: when considering program design all functional areas should be addressed. Please refer to this chart to see a grid of associated exersises in each area of functional movement.)
